DELIVERY INFORMATION

** Free UK Delivery over £50 excludes large bulky items such as dartboards, surrounds, stands, lights etc, these will be shipped with couriers at £6.95.

Subject to stock availability we will always try to deal with your order the day receive it.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. For heavy items such as dartboards will be sent using a reputable courier such as DHL or Parcelforce.

All Europe and Rest of the World orders will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail, heavier items will be sent using our reputable couriers.

There is also an option to buy Royal Mail special next day delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) at checkout (Note - Orders need to be placed by 4pm to arrive the next day) this service excludes saturday & Sunday delivery this can be requested by contacting directly, also excludes bank holidays, any special delivery orders placed on a Saturday will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 

 

We accept no responsibility if incorrect delivery address or postcode are given - this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order. Check your details before sending.

 

We have tried to make making your purchase as easy as possible. Select your product, put it in your basket and when you've finished go through the checkout where your shopping list will be on view with the exact amount you have to pay.

Before finalising the transaction, we will ask you to fill out a registration form along with some personal financial information which is required for us to process the sale.

VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at the current rate. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.

 

Any product you cannot see on this site does not mean that we have not got it. We do not illustrate every product that we sell. Please pick up the phone, contact or email us.

 

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

 

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import taxes.

 

Delivery times indicated for all International shipping are estimated based upon Royal Mail guidelines, due to the distance involved with International shipping we can be held responsible for delays in transit and local customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import taxes.

 

Our couriers next day delivery service experiences very high levels of delivery success on a next day basis, approximately 98% delivery success on a next day service. Rarely the next day service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, this service cannot be guaranteed as 100%.
