- The Virt system requires a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps.
- Minimum ceiling height required: 2200mm.
- Throwline distance from wall: 2370mm.
- The DartCounter App is required when using the Virt Cam.
DartCounter App Version Requirements:
- IOS Apple Store: a) Phone/Tablet: Requires iOS 13.0 or later. b) Computer: Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
- Android: Requires Android version 7.0 or later.
By downloading and using the DartCounter app, you agree to comply with these version requirements. Please ensure that your device meets the specified criteria to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
A 3-month DartCounter trial is included with all Virt system purchases, which will auto-renew after the initial trial period.
All Virt systems come with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, ensuring ultimate peace of mind (terms and conditions apply).
A USB-C cable is supplied (Length: 2.5m), a power plug is required for setup.
